Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  
  • High-volume orders might be processed with a short delay. In the case of any shipping delay, the customer will be notified by email. 
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
  • Shipping  charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.  
  • Shipping charges will depend upon the order volume and destination. 
  • Customers will be able to choose the most cost-effective option based on their location and how fast they want to receive their order. 
  • Please contact us if you want your order shipped by an alternative shipper. 
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
  • We offer shipping to P.O. boxes.
  • We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
  • Once the order is placed, and a shipping method chosen by the customer, a shipment confirmation email with tracking numbers will be sent to the customer.  
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
  • We are not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes applied during shipping.  The customer is responsible for dealing with any issues and costs related to customs, duties, and tax charges. 
DAMAGES
  • We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • The shipping company is responsible for damage or loss during shipping.  Please contact the carrier to file a claim if necessary. 
  • In the case of damage, save all packaging materials and damaged goods prior to filing a claim with the shipment carrier. 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
    •  We offer international shipping. You can choose shipping options between Canada Post and Purolator.

DUTIES AND TAXES

  • Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other fees that are levied once your package reaches the country of destination.

PACKAGE TRACKING

  • International orders are shipped by Purolator Courier, or by Canada Post. 
  • When your order ships from our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, including your tracking number. 

PACKAGE REFUSAL

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

  • The original shipping cost and the cost to return the package to our warehouse. 
  • Any duties, taxes, and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original shipping and return shipment to our warehouse.
  • The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

 

RESTRICTION

  • There are no restrictions on international shipping, except as listed above.
RETURNS POLICY
  • We do not accept returns.  All sales are final.
